Ok so within the past 30-60 days my OneNote for Mac has stopped syncing to OneDrive. I've logged in via the File->Sign In menu to my Office 365 Business account but there is also a Sync Sign In that shows up above my notebook. This sign-in appears to take me to a NON Business sign-in and does not recognize my business email. Any ideas whats going on here? When I try to create a new Notebook also OneDrive does NOT show up as an option. Screenshots below. 1st one shows me logged in to OneNote Office365.
Second one shows that it still complains about signing in for Syncing, which I can't do with my business email office 365. Hi Mafury88, Please try resetting your keychain to check the outcome: 1. In your Finder, click Go > Utilities > Keychain Access. From the Keychain Access menu, choose Preferences. Is there a glary program for the mac?. Click General > Reset My Default Keychain. Sign in to your Mac OS X account.
Quit Keychain Access and restart your computer. Open OneNote and try syncing your notebook. If the issue persists, I would like to confirm the following information: 1. A screenshot when you click Sign in after the error message. A screenshot of the OneNote version you are using.
To do it, click OneNote menu > About OneNote. A screenshot regarding “When I try to create a new Notebook also OneDrive does NOT show up as an option”. Can you access from online?
Do other users in your organization have the same issue? Regards, Linda.
