I just upgraded to Mac Sierra and the new version of Parallels. Now I am having problems opening Quicken. I spent 4 hours on the phone yesterday with 2 different Parallels reps. We expanded the space of the hard drive associated with Windows/Parallels and that seemed to work but still long delays in opening. And now, as of this morning Quicken doesn't open at all. Parallels support says everything is working as it's supposed to in Parallels (we opened text and image files fine). They advise me to contact Quicken.

Could this be a Ram issue? If so how do I deal with that? Any other suggestions. (I bought Quicken for Mac and am testing it out but so far don't like it--want to continue with Quicken for Windows that I've been using for 15 years). Thanks in advance.
