I called the sales line and got a man who never gave my message to the techical support dept., or let us say 'not available' technical support department.

I basically made up my mind to take this piece of junk back to Walmart. The technical support person called me the next day and couldn't talk fast enough to get me off the phone. He wouldn't even give me time to ask him questions. PLEASE do not waste your time and money and spend hours like I did, just to uninstall this program and loose all my efforts, making a more comfortable work area for myself. I understand that the Fujitsu SnapScan 1300 is a comparable product. Although you have to buy the Rack2 Filer program for this scanner to make it work the way NeatReceipts is supposed to work, but I am thinking of purchasing it from Dell or Staples (just look at their website and you can even see a demonstration of this scanner before you buy it).
