Print An Envelope Word For Mac
Now you can either only print the envelope or add it with a document and print the envelope along with the document. Creating labels with Word. In Word, click on Labels in the Mailing ribbon menu. Enter the Label address and check on the Print options either Full page of same label or Single label.
As recommended by Software Update, I just installed the latest HP printer software. Now when I try to print an envelope from Word (Office X for Mac from ~2000 - it's been working great all these years), the envelope shows up fine on the screen but nothing is printed on the paper. When I choose 'File>Print>PDF>Save as PDF.' No file is created. When I click 'File>Print>Preview,' no Preview window is launched. Everything is working fine with a plain Word document, it's just envelopes that no longer print or create PDF's/Preview documents. The problem occurs on both a LaserJet 1200 and a Photosmart C7280.

I downloaded NeoOffice, which opens Word files fine and prints them properly. Actually is much more functional than my creaky old copy of Word. And I downloaded the EasyEnvelopes widget, which prints envelopes fine.
Bottom line, I've used this printing nuisance to liberate myself from Word. Thanks for your thoughtful input!
